Delivery prices for items on this website are shown on the item information page for the product where possible. The price, if shown will usually relate to the delivery cost for a single item. Where there are multiple quantities of the same product on one order or multiple products, the delivery charge may vary and will be displayed clearly on the Shopping Basket page once the items have been added to the basket and delivery postcode area selected. If delivery postcode is not selected in the shopping basket prior to checkout the transaction defaults to ‘Collect in Store’.
There may be additional charges (or extended lead times) for delivery to more remote areas, such as Scotland, Cornwall and some areas of Wales. Also where multiple items (which all qualify individually for UK Wide Delivery) are added to one order, this may restrict the delivery area.
Deliveries of heavy or bulky goods to London and some other Post Code areas may incur extra costs.

All prices on this website relate to mainland UK delivery only. We do not offer International Delivery.
Many larger and / or heavier items, including orders for multiple bulky items, may be delivered by lorry using pallet trucks or lorry mounted cranes (HiAb). We will contact you prior to dispatch of your purchase to make delivery arrangements with you.
Please contact us prior to ordering if there are any restrictions regarding delivery of bulky items. Palletised deliveries require a hard, flat surface for delivery – i.e. not gravel.
If you are in central London, or indeed any city / town centre location, and are ordering bulky, heavy goods, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure that we will be able to deliver the goods.
If you are purchasing larger items such as sheds, summerhouses and log cabins, the following points will generally apply:
- Delivery will be to the nearest point that is adjacent to the roadway and clear from obstruction.
- The address should be on a made up (Tarmac) road.
- There should be room for a vehicle that is roughly the size of a bin lorry (or sometimes larger) to be unloaded.
- There should be room for this size of lorry to park within 6 metres of your property
- Please inform us if cars regularly park on both sides of the road around the delivery address causing an obstruction
If you are unsure about any of the above points, please let us know, when placing your order.
We try to be accurate with the expected delivery times that are shown on our product pages, however, these are estimated and products may arrive sooner or occasionally later than expected.
In stock items that are delivered from our own warehouse, will generally be sent on a next working day delivery service. Orders received before 11.30am will be dispatched same day on a courier overnight service.
Please let us know if delivery time is of the essence when ordering, so that we can make suitable arrangements.
At peak times, such as May / June or Christmas, delivery times may be longer than that shown on the product information page.
In the two weeks before Christmas, Delivery Times are likely to be extended (particularly for items that are shown as ‘Available to Order’) due to manufacturers closing for rhe Christmas / New Year Break combined with the volume of orders being placed.
We are generally unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for ‘Available to Order’ Items where the indicated delivery time falls within the two weeks immediately before Christmas.

If you wish to confirm a delivery time prior to ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We can offer expedited or timed deliveries at extra cost on most items shown as available for home delivery.
If at any time, we find that your order will be delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will of course let you know and give you the chance to cancel your order, receiving a full refund of any funds paid to us.
We cannot accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non-delivery of goods, however, we obtain tracking details and full insurance for all items in transit. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact details such as email address and telephone number to enable parcel information tracking and delivery notifications.
